If an item is defective in any way, and the problem cannot be resolved without returning the product, you may return your item for an exchange or refund. DelAroma cannot be held responsible for loss or damage by the carrier during this return shipment, so insurance is recommended..

Simply contact us to receive instructions on returning your purchase. The following conditions apply:

• Shipping is non-refundable.*
• A 10% Product Return Restocking Fee applies (provided item is repacked, as it was received, in its original new condition).
• Returns are accepted only on items with a minimum individual item price of $19.99.

* If a "Free Shipping" offer was used in the purchase of the item, then standard ground shipping fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
